Our privacy policy is very simple. We do not share your information with anyone outside our organization without your explicit permission, period.

How We Use Your Data

We collect and maintain information with your explicit knowledge on the site, such as when you add a note or sign the guestbook, however, entry of personal information such as your email address is optional. Your information will never be shared with any third party, unless we are required to do so under a court order. Though we make every effort to ensure your privacy, we may be required to disclose your information if required by law or when we have a good-faith belief that it is necessary to comply with a judicial proceeding, a court order, or a legal process served on us.

Cookies

A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s computer tied to information about the user. We use session ID cookies for member logins so that users will not have to log in with a password more than once per session, thereby saving time while on our site. Once users close the browser, the cookie simply terminates. If users reject the cookie, they may still use our site. The only drawback to this is that the user may be limited in some areas of our site.
