Bio:
Volney Boardman, a native of Ohio, was a Greensboro silversmith from 1832 to 1856. Volney was in the local defense county reserves during the civil war.
Burial Notes: First wife was Margaret Locke. Additional family members buried at Stokes Cemetery, Greensboro, Ala.
