Burial Notes: Curlie Price was the son of Dorshey Price. He was born in Greene County Alabama on property owned by Alan Grubbs.He was one of nine children. Later the family moved to a house located on property owned by Abner Inghram. Curlie attended school at Inghram hill elementary school. Curley was among hundreds of young men drafted into the military services in 1943. Curlie was noted for his musical talent in playing the guitar.Curlie was discharged from the army in 1946.
