James Monroe (Magnus) Spencer (1827-1861) is buried in Pleasant Hill Cumberland Church Cemetery. Son of William and Candis/ AB University of NC Married Cornelia Phillips their only child Julia James Spencer married James Lee Love.

James Morris "Jim" Taylor
A son of Thomas Belton Taylor and Elizabeth Ann Rhodes, Jim was born in Mantua, Greene AL on 12 June 1878 and died on 3 August 1924 enroute via train from Ohio to Alabama. Jim married Carrie B. Stuckey, the daughter of James Lewis Stuckey and Frances Susannah Shelton, on 14 October 1908 in Eutaw, Greene AL. They had no children.

Walter Eugene Taylor, senior
A son of Thomas Belton Taylor and Elizabeth Ann Rhodes, Walter was born in Mantua, Greene AL on 2 September 1877 and died in Birmingham, Jefferson AL on 21 July 1940; buried at Beulah Baptist Church in Snoddy/Beulah Community, Greene AL. Married Vicie Elizabeth Wilson, the daughter of Simmeon Alexander Wilson and Martha Elvira Upchurch, on 5 December 1906 in Mantua, Greene AL. They had 10 children: William Morris, Lovie Bell, Walter Eugene, Jr., Mary Elizabeth, Cecil Adrian, Ethel Irene, Belton Sim, Allie Ruth, Robert Lee, and Ottis Rhodes. (See people index, or Misc.
